RENTAL INFORMATION

- 3-night minimum stay
- Check-in: 2pm onwards.
- Check-out: 11am
- No daily cleaning (washer & dryer available)

PAYMENT TERMS
.

- We require 50% of the total rental amount on booking, to reserve
the accommodation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- We take Visa and MC, personal checks, travelers' checks, cashiers' checks, money orders or bank wire transfers.
- We also ask for a credit card against loss and damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be given minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, payment will not be refunded unless the accommodation is rebooked, in which case a refund will be given, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your reservation during your stay we will only give a refund if we are able to re-rent the accommodation for the remaining time, minus the
$100 cancellation fee.
